This agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use and purchase of any digital or consulting products provided by Heather Brittain / Film Festival Insider™, including but not limited to: Insider Track™, Film Festival Insider™ AI, private consulting calls, low-ticket toolkits such as the Submission Tracker & Strategy System, and any other present or future products.

By purchasing, downloading, or engaging with any of these resources, you agree to the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree, you must not access or use any of our programs, content, or tools.

Access Duration:
- Insider Track™: Lifetime access to course content
- Film Festival Insider™ AI: One (1) year access unless otherwise specified
- Submission Tracker Toolkit: Perpetual access to download and use for personal, non-commercial use
- Private Strategy Sessions: 1-time access and use, recordings may be provided when applicable

AI Tool Usage:
You may use Film Festival Insider™ AI for personal, non-commercial strategic planning and content assistance. Content generated by the tool is for your individual use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or offered as a service without express written permission.

Refunds:
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Consulting calls must be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. No-shows may forfeit their session without refund.

Intellectual Property:
All content, materials, scripts, templates, and AI-generated prompts remain the intellectual property of Heather Brittain and Film Festival Insider™. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

We do not guarantee festival acceptance, distribution deals, or press coverage. All strategy, guidance, and AI responses are educational in nature. Your results may vary based on execution, industry factors, and individual effort.

Third-Party Platform Access (ChatGPT Plus)

Film Festival Insider™ AI is delivered through OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform and requires an active ChatGPT Plus subscription to access.

Access to ChatGPT Plus is managed solely by OpenAI, and we are not responsible for their service availability, pricing, or account management.

Your purchase of Film Festival Insider™ AI does not include the cost of a ChatGPT Plus subscription. Users are responsible for maintaining their own subscription in order to use the tool.

If you choose to cancel your ChatGPT Plus subscription, access to Film Festival Insider™ AI will be suspended accordingly. No refunds will be issued based on ChatGPT access or limitations.
